We are excited to announce that we will be hosting many same day training events all throughout Arizona. 

A chance for you to connect, sweat, and learn more about BE KNOWN ATHLETICS.

Our mission is to build our very own community that supports an active and healthy lifestyle. 

​

What to expect:

- Same day Saturday & Sunday training events that include gym workouts, outdoor runs, and hikes.

- Free Gym Workouts - location will be provided to all who sign up.

- Free Hikes - location will be provided to all who sign up. (Hikes up to 3 miles.)

- Free Outdoor Runs - current location for convenient meet ups - Tempe Town Lake - Tempe, AZ

Recommended gear for each event:

- HIKES: hiking shoes, water, sunblock, first aid care.

- GYM WORKOUTS: water, lifting belt, lifting straps.

- OUTDOOR RUNS: running shoes, water, running gels, sunblock.
